True story.
You must not separate them

Well, poop.
After his return to the role in a Black Adam post-credits scene, there were high hopes for Henry Cavill to return as Superman under a James Gunn-helmed DC movie universe.
Those hopes were dashed today, by Cavill himself, who says his “turn to wear the cape has passed.”
Read his full post here. Gunn confirmed it in a tweet, saying Superman’s story will be told from an earlier point in his life when he shows back up on our screens.
…what???
this is a universal experience because education is chronically underfunded across the world
In Year 12 two of our portables were taken away because we’d had some remodelling done of the main school building, IIRC. However, it was the Year 7s and 8s who were getting put in the new rooms, because that was more impressive for parents of the new intake, and it turned out that Year 12s were having classes in the hallway outside the library (try watching and analysing The Player on a tiny old TV on one of those trolleys!) and on the stage in the multipurpose room—unless, of course, any of the Drama classes or the Rock Eisteddfod needed the stage.
I wrote to the newspaper about it and ended up getting a call from a local radio station, where I pointed out that perhaps a hallway was not the most ideal location for one’s final year of high school.
When I got to school that day the principal called me in and told me in no uncertain terms not to ever go on the radio again—but we got our portables back and, despite being plonked down where there wasn’t a walkway and it was cold and pretty yuck in winter, they were definitely an improvement over being shunted into any old corner.
my high school was the oldest in the city and a “magnet” for several programs: IB, NJROTC, high support needs disabled students, and pregnant students.
pregnant students were entirely confined to a group of portables as soon as they began to show.
When my mom moved us to a new state, the new school consisted of three temporary trailers, a repurposed old cottage, and one half of a retirement home. The other half was still operational and sometimes residents with significant dementia would end up wandering into the school hallways.
That was the school where the algebra teacher believed in creationism and that she could literally see demons and when I was drawing when a lesson ended early she asked me if the images were speaking to me.
When I was homeschooled the shared classes (yeah there are a lot of homeschool groups, both to spread the labor out and to try and get the kids socialized. I won’t pretend it’s about accountability because it’s not, those people were all insane) were all done in temporary trailers outside a church. It needs to be stated that I lived in Alabama and none of those trailers ever have AC.
please where’s the “MILF: Man I Love Ferengi” picture
